About the role

Responsible for enhancing educational outcomes through innovative teaching methods and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement curriculum aligned with state standards.
• Mentor and support teachers in improving their instructional practices.
• Evaluate student progress and provide feedback to improve learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with other educators and administrators to enhance school culture and climate.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field.
• At least 3 years of teaching experience at the K-12 level.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in education or related field preferred.
• Experience with technology integration in the classroom.
• Knowledge of current educational research and best practices.

Skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
