IOP Program Coordinator - Afternoon
About the role
Join us on the front lines as direct care staff working alongside top notch professionals and learning from the best in the addiction treatment industry. Become a member of our caring and collaborative team at the Master Center for Addiction Medicine (Master Center) that provides outpatient addiction treatment that is comprehensive, evidence-based and individualized.
Responsibilities
- Provide Intensive Outpatient Services including individual, group and family counseling, skill building, psycho-educational services, clinical documentation, and crisis intervention.
- Assess and counsel patients, advocate for their needs, and provide crisis intervention as needed.
- Work on-call as required.
- Experience with family systems, crisis intervention, and parenting skills is helpful.
Requirements
- Minimum: Bachelors Degree in a Behavioral Health Field with active CSAC (Certified Substance Abuse Counselor) Certification.
- Prior substance addiction treatment experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Masters Degree in a Behavioral Health Field with active CSAC (Certified Substance Abuse Counselor) Certification and/or LPC/LCSW (Licensed Professional Counselor/Licensed Clinical Social Worker) License preferred.
Skills
Experience with family systems, crisis intervention, and parenting skills helpful.

$40-$50/hour based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
