What You'll Do

• Protect Patients.
• Partner with Surgeons.

Role in the Operating Room

• Meet with patients, review history, and explain neuromonitoring.
• Continuous monitoring of electrophysiological data.
• Alert surgical team to early warning signs.
• Work side-by-side with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff.
• Interpret complex waveforms and document findings.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• CNIM certified or CNIM-eligible.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of IONM experience.
• Strong foundation in neuroanatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology.
• AHA CPR certified | Valid Driver's License.
• A communicator and a collaborator.

• Transport and setup of equipment (up to 45 lbs).
• Schedule flexibility required, including on-call availability.
• Exposure to OR environments; adherence to safety protocols is essential.
