What You'll Do

Protect Patients
Meet with patients, review their history, and explain neuromonitoring.
Partner with Surgeons
Work side-by-side with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff.
Make a Difference
- Alert the surgical team in real time when there are early warning signs.
- Interpret complex waveforms and correlate findings with surgical events.
- Document everything with precision.

About the Role
This is an active, hands-on role in real surgical environments. You'll be on your feet — standing, moving, and staying sharp for extended periods. You'll transport and set up equipment (up to 45 lbs). Schedule flexibility required, including on-call availability. Exposure to OR environments; adherence to safety protocols is essential.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of IONM experience
- Strong foundation in neuroanatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology
- AHA CPR certified
- Valid Driver's License
- A communicator and a collaborator — equally comfortable working independently or as part of a surgical team
Skills
- CNIM certified or CNIM-eligible
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
- Advanced degree in neuroscience or a related field
- Experience with advanced neuromonitoring modalities
