What You'll Do
- Protect Patients.
- Partner with Surgeons.
- Make a Difference.
Role in the Operating Room
- Meet with patients, review their history, and explain neuromonitoring.
- Continuous monitoring of electrophysiological data.
- Alert the surgical team to early warning signs and real-time issues.
- Work side-by-side with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff.
- Interpret complex waveforms and correlate findings with surgical events.
- Document everything with precision.

Job Details
- CNIM Certified or Eligible.
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher in a Related Field.
- Minimum 1 Year of IONM Experience.
- Strong Foundation in Neuroanatomy, Physiology, and Pathophysiology.
- AHA CPR Certified.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Communicator and Collaborator.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree in Neuroscience or Related Field (Bonus).
- Experience with Advanced Neuromonitoring Modalities (Bonus).
