What You'll Do

Role in the Operating Room

• Meet with patients, review their history, and explain neuromonitoring.
• Continuous monitoring of electrophysiological data.
• Alert the surgical team to early warning signs and real-time issues.
• Work side-by-side with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff.
• Interpret complex waveforms and correlate findings with surgical events.
• Document everything with precision.

Job Details

• CNIM Certified or Eligible.
• Bachelor's Degree or Higher in a Related Field.
• Minimum 1 Year of IONM Experience.
• Strong Foundation in Neuroanatomy, Physiology, and Pathophysiology.
• AHA CPR Certified.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Communicator and Collaborator.

Qualifications

• Advanced Degree in Neuroscience or Related Field (Bonus).
• Experience with Advanced Neuromonitoring Modalities (Bonus).
