About the role

This Clinical position requires someone with a strong clinical aptitude that can work in a team environment. Unique responsibilities include having a good understanding of the lab/operating room and building strong relationships with physicians and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Aid in executing a proactive regional plan involving clinical, sales, and service support to enhance market share and improve customer service quality.
  • Provide clinical support in areas such as case coverage, troubleshooting, specialty product usage, and customer training.
  • Attend cases in customer accounts and advise physicians on clinical attributes and techniques associated with our coronary products.
  • Represent the PI field organization during designated BSC clinic lab days.
  • Educate customers on the benefits and proper clinical usage of company products through various presentations and demonstrations.
  • Support product launches and provide supplemental training for high-touch specialty products.
  • Respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and services by developing creative solutions or collaborating with other personnel.
  • Manage consignment inventory, conduct semiannual audits, handle expired products, and manage returns.
  • Ensure timely collection and reporting of all required medical documentation related to procedural device operations.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
  • Previous Interventional Oncology and Interventional Radiology experience preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of competitive field clinical experience or 6 full years in related clinical field
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and travel
  • Strong problem-solving and coaching abilities

Qualifications

Pay

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

The schedule for this role is primarily field-based, requiring significant travel and flexibility to cover assigned territories.
