Investor Reporting Analyst II
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (or equivalent combination of years of experience with High School diploma/ GED) required
- 5+ years' experience in Investor Reporting or Investor Accounting with advanced knowledge of agency reporting requirements (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae) and complex securities
- Prior experience in the mortgage servicing industry, including knowledge of servicing processing rules and guidelines
- Demonstratable ability to analyze and respond to complex transactional data and reconciliation
- Direct experience or familiarity with test of expected cash custodial reconciliation preferred
- Proficiency in servicing platforms (e.g., Black Knight MSP and LoanSphere) and billing/ remittance systems
- Solid skills and experience in MS Word, Excel to compile and analyze data, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with individuals both internal and external to the organization

Compensation
The hourly range for this position is between $35.57 - $41.47 hourly. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

About the Role
Reporting to the AVP, Investor Reporting, this position is responsible for managing complex investor reporting tasks, including managing agency relationships with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae, as well as complex securities transactions. This role prepares and issues daily and monthly reports and processes the transfer of loans between clients or agencies. Additionally, this position reviews and resolves monthly custodial account reconciliations and conducts in-depth analysis of servicing transactional data to ensure compliance with investor and regulatory guidelines. This role serves as a subject matter expert in investor reporting, ensuring compliance, accuracy and efficiency in all deliverables, while driving process improvements and addressing escalated issues.
