Essential Functions
- Analyzes various reports and collaborates with different contacts when there are errors on the report or discrepancies in data.
- Uses data from monthly reports to reconcile remittance amounts.
- Requests and confirms funds to be remitted to the investor.
- Communicates with investors through email and phone.
- Maintain policies and procedures.
- Responsible for meeting regulatory requirements and following internal policies.
- Reviews monthly report to create loan level details.
- Follows up with ensuring investor billing is correct and paid in a timely manner.

Work Environment
- This job operates in a professional office environment.
- This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time is essential.
Education And Experience
- Knowledge in Excel related to formulas, formatting, lookups, and pivot tables.
- Knowledge in all Microsoft Office application suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access is a plus).
- 2-4 years Prior Accounting/Reporting Experience Strongly Preferred.
