Investments and Charitable Giving Marketing Specialist
Overview
The Investments and Charitable Giving Marketing Specialist will assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns and initiatives for investments and charitable giving programs. This role will also manage projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
Core Responsibilities
- Maintain inventory of Investments and charitable giving materials on the Fraternal and Agent Supply Stores.
- Review feedback from IARs regarding available assets and report on gaps to determine marketing needs.
- Strategize to improve the investment and charitable giving marketing experience for applicable members and field force.
- Mobilize project resources and communicate goals and milestones to stakeholders.
- Regularly report on project progress and status, providing detailed analysis of platform performance.
- Partner with the Associate Director, Investments and Charitable Giving Marketing and the Marketing and CX team to understand project goals, scope, and timing.
- Engage with marketing and business leaders to build communication to IARs, the investments team, and membership.
Skills Qualifications
- Highly organized and operates with a sense of urgency.
- Passion for investments and charitable giving marketing and experience in the financial service/life insurance industry.
- In-depth knowledge of investments and charities positioning and regional advertising.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, coordinate multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an acute sense of detail.
- Ability to work independently and plan, organize, and implement multiple projects within time and budget constraints.
- Proven ability to interact and collaborate with the marketing team, internal stakeholders, field force, and vendors.
- Highly analytical and capable of building reports.
Qualifications
- BA or BS in Marketing or a related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the financial service/life insurance industry.
Compensation
The wage range for this role takes into account a broad array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The range below applies as long as the work is performed in Connecticut; the Knights of Columbus reserves the right to adjust the wage range if the position is performed in another location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $88,000-$149,500.
