What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement engaging and innovative content for firm’s website and social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and Google)
  • Create and update all marketing materials including brochures, handouts, signage, presentations, and digital assets
  • Communicate with CEO on a regular basis to ensure direct marketing efforts are delivering required results
  • Be a liaison with FMO marketing department on any new marketing ideas
  • Attend and assist with coordinating seminars, client events and networking venues
  • Cover and respond to incoming messages on social media and online appointment software in a timely manner
  • Gather data and configure reports to support various data and analysis projects
  • Oversee and respond to incoming messages on social media and online appointment software in a timely manner
  • Coordinate day-to-day marketing activities to help ensure all efforts serve to achieve campaign objectives
  • Write content for multichannel platforms, including social media posts, blogs, and newsletters including new segments and talking points
  • Oversee and respond to incoming messages on social media and online appointment software in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with and respond to third-party marketing vendors
  • Assemble marketing assets, such as gifts and literature packets, and maintain inventory of marketing materials

What We’re Looking For

  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role
  • Strong ability to execute online and offline marketing campaigns and a sharp eye for detail
  • Demonstrates a high level of creativity and a strong commitment to excellence
  • Proficient in managing and developing social media content across multiple platforms
  • Experienced in designing, executing, and analyzing email marketing campaigns
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
  • Demonstrates outstanding customer service abilities with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with proven leadership capabilities

Bonus Points

  • Experience in the financial industry preferred
  • Experience working with CRM/software systems (Redtail, Wealthbox, Snappy Kraken)
  • Desire to work long-term in the financial industry

Pay & Perks

$65,000 - $75,000 plus bonus potential
401(k) with a company match
PTO begins accruing immediately and becomes available for use after 6 months of employment

Schedule

Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm
Some evenings required for client events
