Responsibilities

• Follow up with investors and owners regarding opportunities and requests for information
• Prepare letters of intent, market research, partnership models, contracts, and due diligence materials
• Act as a point of coordination between buyers and sellers to support smooth closings
• Build trust through consistent communication and professional follow up
• Analyze comparables, property value, and market trends through research, outreach, data review, and site walks
• Conduct outbound outreach to property owners and investors to uncover potential opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of conversations, activity, and deal progress within CRM systems
• Cook up property tours, meetings, and follow up with investors and ownership groups
• Stay current on local Bay Area market activity, pricing trends, and comparable sales

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Real Estate License
• Strong interest in commercial real estate and investment sales
• Clear written and verbal communication with confidence on the phone
• If unlicensed, willingness to obtain a license while learning the business within the team structure
• Comfortable with outbound calling and consistent follow up
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple conversations at once
• Business minded approach with interest in investment analysis and deal structure
• Ability to stay coachable, accountable, and consistent in a performance driven environment
