Investment Risk Manager - Analytics Buy Side

About the role

This is a buy-side analytical, quantitative professional role supporting portfolio managers and senior executives in making equity investment decisions. The Investment Risk Manager (IRM) will discuss investment volatility, tracking error, factor/security/sector risk decomposition, and portfolio risk profiles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth risk analysis across style, sector, country, cap-size, and other dimensions using industry-standard risk modeling tools (MSCI BarraOne or Aladdin Green Package).
• Identify and assess key risks and trends in equity investment portfolios.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a quantitative science field.
• CFA designation.
• 10+ years of experience in investment risk analytics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to work well under pressure.

Pay

Salary range: $170,000–190,000 plus bonus.
