Investment Operations Analyst

About the role

The Associate Investment Operations Analyst supports daily investment processes, including trade lifecycle management, client reporting, and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine middle office functions such as trade verification, corporate actions, collateral, and cash management across various asset classes.
• Reconcile trades, positions, and cash flows, escalating discrepancies when necessary.
• Maintain accurate data in internal systems and support process improvements, automation, and onboarding activities.
• Generate reports, support audits, and ensure compliance with policies and guidelines.
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of investment operations and instruments like equities, fixed income, and derivatives.
• Strong organization, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with a curious mindset for learning.
• Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple priorities, and follow structured processes.
