About the role
As an Investment Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting the investment team with operational tasks. You will also be involved in the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and processes.Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all investment transactions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Support the investment team with operational tasks such as trade execution, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Implement and maintain financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in finance or operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience with financial systems and databases.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of investment management principles and practices.
- Experience with financial modeling and analysis.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
