We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections with real content. No job title heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: immigration sponsorship note? That's maybe metadata; but it's a note about immigration sponsorship. Should we keep? It's not a section; we can fold into a short

maybe. The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include a short

for the immigration note. Also note about application window closing etc is boilerplate; remove. Also legal/EEO etc remove. Also "Note, the application window closes when the position is filled or unposted." remove. Also "Please be advised that Fidelity’s business is governed..." remove. Also "Certifications Certified Financial Planner ® / CFP-® - Issuing Authority, Series 07 - FINRA, Series 66 - FINRA Category Sales" maybe part of qualifications? We'll incorporate. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's parse content. Job Description Note: Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position. (metadata) The Role: paragraphs about working in Investor Center, develop customized financial plans, etc. This is about the role. So we can have

About the role

with

containing that description. The Expertise And Skills You Bring: list of bullet-like sentences. Could be Requirements/Qualifications/Skills. We need to decide sections. The posting includes: "FINRA Series 7 & 66 licensed and hold appropriate state registrations, OR ability to acquire Series 66 upon hire" (requirement). "Leverage Fidelity’s guidance tools to facilitate financial planning discussions and recommend solutions that best align with client needs" (skill/responsibility). "Use technology to prepare for and conduct efficient one-on-one appointments, maximizing client time and enabling effective follow-up planning" (skill). "Grow relationships through proactive outreach, seeking to understand clients’ goals and objectives and referring them to wealth management partners based on needs and financial complexity" (skill/responsibility). "A degree, equivalent experience, or other professional certifications are beneficial (our tuition reimbursement program can help obtain a CFP, degree, or equivalent credential)" (qualification/benefit?). "Comprehensive understanding of various investment solutions and can educate customers on the values and differences of each" (skill). "Interpersonal skills and ability to grow relationships are exemplary" (skill). "Will take initiative and exceed expectations" (skill). "Outstanding communication and consultative skills, and thrives in a fast-paced work environment" (skill). The Team: paragraphs about total rewards, benefits, training, etc. This could be Benefits section. Also mention "We offer a competitive total rewards package, including a stable base salary, to recognize associate achievements. And our benefit programs are built to help you and your family strike the right balance." Then training. Then "You will not fail due to a lack of training or onboarding." Then "We empower professional flexibility, growth, and support thus enabling long-term success for you and our clients." Then "Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model" description about onsite. Then base salary range $59,000 - $74,000 per year. Then mention bonus/variable compensation. Then benefits list: comprehensive health care coverage and emotional well-being support, market-leading retirement, generous paid time off and parental leave, charitable giving employee match program, and educational assistance including student loan repayment, tuition reimbursement, and learning resources to develop your career. Thus we have Pay section (base salary range). Benefits section (list). Schedule? There's mention of onsite working model but not specific schedule like full-time, part-time, shift. It says "Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model". That implies full-time onsite. Could be schedule: full-time onsite. But we should only include Schedule if posting actually states them. It does state "full-time onsite working model". So we can include Schedule section with that info. However we need to avoid filler like "not specified". It's specified: full-time onsite. So we can include. We also have "About the role" maybe we could combine with Responsibilities. But we need to follow headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can choose which to include based on content. We have content for About the role (role description). Responsibilities: maybe we can extract responsibilities from the role description and expertise section. Could combine. But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps we can have About the role (description), Responsibilities (list of duties), Requirements (licensing, ability to acquire), Qualifications (degree/experience beneficial), Skills (list of skills), Benefits (list), Pay (salary range), Schedule (full-time onsite). That seems reasonable. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate: immigration note we can fold into a short

maybe at top? It's minor metadata. Could include as a

before sections. The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include a short

for immigration note. Also we should remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Already removed. Now craft HTML. Structure:

Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position.

Base salary is part of a total compensation package that may also include bonus or other variable compensation.

Schedule

Fidelity is transitioning to a full‑time onsite working model; this role expects full‑time onsite presence.

Check for any repeated content: we have some overlapping but okay. We must ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "Note, the application window closes when the position is filled or unposted." Not included. We included Certifications as part of Qualifications. We included "Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model" in Schedule. We included "We offer training in-branch, regionally, nationally, and virtually" in Benefits. We included "We offer a competitive total rewards package, including a stable base salary" in Benefits. We included "We offer a wide range of benefits..." we captured. We didn't include the sentence about "You will not fail due to a lack of training or onboarding." Could be considered part of Benefits/Training but we already have training bullet. Could add a bullet: "You will not fail due to a lack of training or onboarding." Might be considered filler? It's substantive. Could add under Benefits as a bullet: "Assurance of adequate training and onboarding to succeed." But we already have training bullet. Might be okay to omit as it's somewhat redundant. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should include that statement. Let's add a bullet under Benefits: "You will not fail due to a lack of training or onboarding." Also we have "We empower professional flexibility, growth, and support thus enabling long-term success for you and our clients." That's also substantive; could add under Benefits as bullet: "Professional flexibility, growth, and support to enable long‑term success." We also have "Come join a firm that is a stable industry leader where we focus on the importance of communicating to connect and not just communicating to transact." That's fluff but maybe substantive? It's more marketing. Could be omitted as it's not a concrete benefit. Probably okay to omit. We also have "At Fidelity, we have a relentless commitment to our clients." Not needed. We also have "Note, the application window closes when the position is filled or unposted." Remove. We also have "Please be advised that Fidelity’s business is governed by the provisions..." Remove. Now adjust Benefits list accordingly. Let's rewrite Benefits
with bullets: - Competitive total rewards package including stable base salary. - Comprehensive health care coverage and emotional well‑being support. - Market‑leading retirement plans. - Generous paid time off and parental leave. - Charitable giving employee match program. - Educational assistance: student loan repayment, tuition reimbursement, learning resources for career development. - Training offered in‑branch, regionally, nationally, and virtually. - You will not fail due to a lack of training or onboarding. - Professional flexibility, growth, and support to enable long‑term success.
