  • Grow relationships through proactive outreach, seeking to understand clients’ goals and objectives, and refer them to a wealth management partner based on needs and financial complexity.

Requirements

  • FINRA Series 7 & 66 licensed and hold appropriate state registrations, OR ability to acquire Series 66 upon hire.
  • Degree and/or other professional certifications such as a CFP are helpful; if you don’t already have a CFP or degree, Fidelity’s Tuition Reimbursement program can help you obtain one.
  • Comprehensive understanding of various investment solutions and ability to educate customers on the values and differences of each.
  • Exemplary interpersonal skills and ability to grow relationships; take initiative and exceed expectations.
  • Outstanding communication and consultative skills; thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position.

  • Market-leading retirement benefits.
  • Generous paid time off and parental leave.
  • Charitable giving employee match program.
  • Educational assistance including student loan repayment, tuition reimbursement, and learning resources to develop your career.
  • Training provided in-branch, regionally, nationally, and virtually to support all aspects of your business.

Pay
