Investment Banking Technology Associate / Vice President – New York, NY or Menlo Park, CA

Qualifications

• 3-6+ years of experience within the investment banking industry as an Associate and/or Vice President with a proven track record working on complex executed deals
• Experience within the technology industry is strongly preferred, but not a requirement
• Extraordinarily high level of motivation and commitment to working hard
• Strong analytical, corporate finance, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and under tight deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA and/or CFA designation would be an asset

Pay

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $150,000 and $225,000 per year for an Associate, and between $250,000 and $275,000 per year for a Vice President, at the commencement of employment.

However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
