Job Summary

We are partnering with a top-tier Middle Market investment bank in Austin and Los Angeles to support the team. The firm is seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Associate to join its high-performing team.

Key Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of investment banking experience, preferably in capital markets or technology coverage.
• Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, LBO analysis, and deal structuring.
• Experience preparing pitch books, CIMs, board materials, and management presentations.
• Solid foundation in accounting, corporate finance, and market trends.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong executive presence.
• Able to manage multiple workstreams, collaborate cross-functionally, and thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• A high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and strong work ethic.
