Investment Banking Analyst II Corporate Finance - ReGLL

About the role

The Investment Banking Analyst II position is available within the Corporate Finance (Industry Coverage) team, specifically focusing on Gaming, Leisure & Lodging. This role involves supporting senior professionals in industry-focused client development and transaction execution, including debt and equity capital markets, M&A, and refinancing activities.

Responsibilities

• Support client development and transaction execution
• Create and present pitch materials for client meetings
• Analyze financial models and conduct industry research
• Contribute to deal teams and coordinate projects
• Manage and execute transaction screening and credit/underwriting processes
• Prepare detailed transaction marketing materials and presentations
• Participate in accounting, business, and legal due diligence

Requirements

• 1 year of related experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, Industry Coverage, Leveraged Finance / Capital Markets, Equity Research, or Buyside Equities
• Proven client interaction and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Strong aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Undergraduate degree with a strong academic record from a leading university

Qualifications

• Experience in Gaming, Leisure & Lodging is preferred
• Self-motivated and able to think strategically
• High degree of maturity and integrity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related financial services software

Benefits
