Investment Banking Analyst - Healthcare

Typical Responsibilities

• Support the execution of M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory transactions.
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses.
• Prepare client presentations, marketing materials, and transaction documentation.
• Conduct industry, market, and company research.
• Cook up due diligence processes and support transaction execution from inception through closing.
• Work closely with senior bankers, management teams, investors, and external advisors.

What We're Looking For

• Investment banking, transaction advisory, valuation, or other relevant financial services experience.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated interest in healthcare services and related sectors.
• Exceptional attention to detail, communication skills, and work ethic.
• Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record.
