Investment Banking Analyst - Healthcare

Our Healthcare Services practice works with a broad network of clients ranging from sector-focused boutiques to middle-market and global investment banks. Many of the opportunities we work on are conducted on a targeted search basis through our longstanding client relationships, allowing candidates in our network access to mandates that may never be widely marketed through traditional channels. We are continually looking to connect with high-performing Analysts and Senior Analysts interested in exploring opportunities across the healthcare services landscape, including physician services, behavioral health, healthcare IT-enabled services, outsourced healthcare services, payor services, post-acute care, and related subsectors. Typical ResponsibilitiesSupport the execution of M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory transactions.Develop and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses.Prepare client presentations, marketing materials, and transaction documentation.Conduct industry, market, and company research.Coordinate due diligence processes and support transaction execution from inception through closing.Work closely with senior bankers, management teams, investors, and external advisors. What We're Looking ForInvestment banking, transaction advisory, valuation, or other relevant financial services experience.Strong financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills.Demonstrated interest in healthcare services and related sectors.Exceptional attention to detail, communication skills, and work ethic.Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record.
