Healthcare Investment Banking (Experienced) Analyst

Responsibilities

• Supports senior bankers in transaction execution and client management
• Performs financial analysis and modeling
• Conducts industry research and business due diligence
• Develops client presentation materials

Qualifications

• One or more years of previous experience in M&A Investment Banking or Corporate M&ABachelor’s Degree required (majoring in Business, Finance or Accounting)
• Sell side M&A experience preferred
• Experience in healthcare and life sciences preferred
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling
• Prior proven transaction execution including presentations, financial analysis, transaction marketing documents and preparation of other materials
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong work ethic and organization skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines

• Full-Time Salary Range: $110,000—$130,000 USD
