Investment Analyst

Responsibilities

• Defining product features according to customer needs.
• Evaluate resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Cook up and manage internal resources and third-party vendors for project execution.
• Manage and prioritize product backlog items.
• Aid the scrum/product development team in meeting sprint objectives.
• Assign and oversee daily tasks of technical personnel, ensuring they are working towards established milestones.
• Analyze, plan, and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects.
• Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders effectively.
• Deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Inform customers and management about the product's status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, MBA or related field.
• Proven working experience as a Project Manager / Product Owner.
• Solid technical background, including hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Cost and risk management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of capital market, financial products (e.g., Stock, Mutual Fund etc.) is a plus.
