Investment Analyst
The Investment Analyst will provide support for the oversight of the company’s investment portfolios, including insurance, benefit plans, and foundation portfolios. Key responsibilities include:
- Create investment analysis, including monthly performance analysis and attribution for fixed income, equity, and alternative investment strategies.
- Assist in private equity and real estate investment performance analysis and benchmarking.
- Collaborate with internal legal department and external investment managers for document negotiation and execution.
- Compile documentation of diligence review activities for new alternative investment commitments.
- Coordinate with internal portfolio management and trade settlements.
- Prepare monthly subsidiary investment reports for subsidiary boards.
- Support the preparation of quarterly retirement committee meeting reports.
- Maintain and monitor the asset allocation of benefit plans in accordance with the investment policy statement.
- Compile various audit/tax/accounting requests throughout the year.
- Process alternative investment capital calls for payment.
About the Role
This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. Ideal candidates will reside within a commuting distance from our Indianapolis, IN PulsePoint.

Requirements
- Requires a BA/BS in Accounting/Finance and a minimum of 2 years of financial experience; or a combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
- MBA and/or progress toward CFA preferred.
- Prior investment experience preferred.
- Intermediate Excel experience preferred.
