About the role

RIA is so much more than just a brokerage firm. We’re a full-service, multi-family investment advisory board that goes above and beyond finding properties and writing up contracts. With over 15 years of niche, multi-family experience behind us, we’re able to bring our expert knowledge in analyzing property value, attaining and developing assets, and making strategic property management decisions to an investor’s table in order to support them in every stage of multi-family ownership. In other words, we’re in the business of building and maintaining relationships.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in real estate or related field preferred
