Responsibilities
- Manage and execute investment real estate transactions
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other professionals in the industry
- Market properties to potential buyers and sellers
- Prepare and present property listings to clients
- Handle all aspects of the real estate transaction process, including negotiations, inspections, and closing
Requirements
- Valid real estate license in Florida
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in investment real estate preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
