About the role
Join our team of dedicated Investment Real Estate Agents in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Manage and close investment real estate transactions
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other professionals in the industry
- Market properties to potential buyers and sellers
- Prepare and present property listings to clients
- Handle all aspects of the transaction process from contract negotiation to closing
Requirements
- Valid real estate license in Florida
- At least 2 years of experience in real estate sales
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

Schedule
Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Some travel may be required.
