About the role
We are seeking a part-time Investigator to perform comprehensive insurance claims investigations.
Responsibilities
- Conducting scene investigations
- Collecting photo and video evidence
- Handling document signings and retrievals
- Conducting wellness checks
- Submitting daily case updates
- Preparing detailed investigation reports
- Reviewing case documentation
- Maintaining client billable hours while adhering to strict deadlines
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently from a home-based office with flexible hours
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle, and minimum auto insurance coverage
- Technology skills including smartphone, printer, scanner, and a reliable internet connection
- Capable of strategizing and engaging with clients professionally
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice or related field
- Customer service experience
