About the role

We are seeking a part-time Investigator to perform comprehensive insurance claims investigations.

Responsibilities

• Conducting scene investigations
• Collecting photo and video evidence
• Handling document signings and retrievals
• Conducting wellness checks
• Submitting daily case updates
• Preparing detailed investigation reports
• Reviewing case documentation
• Maintaining client billable hours while adhering to strict deadlines

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work independently from a home-based office with flexible hours
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle, and minimum auto insurance coverage
• Technology skills including smartphone, printer, scanner, and a reliable internet connection
• Capable of strategizing and engaging with clients professionally

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice or related field
• Customer service experience
