Investigations + White Collar Defense
We are trusted advisors to global companies and financial institutions and seasoned advocates before government agencies, including the Department of Justice (DOJ), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and state attorneys general. With decades of government experience, our team defends companies and executives in complex investigations and enforcement matters, including multi-jurisdictional and cross-border matters. We apply a disciplined investigative approach, involving efficient factual development, synthesis of a complex factual record, advocacy, and strategy to address our clients' regulatory, litigation, and business objectives and risks.
Responsibilities
- Conducting investigations on behalf of corporate clients and responding to enforcement inquiries of DOJ, SEC, and other government agencies
- Drafting briefs, whitepapers, client- and government-facing presentations, and correspondence with clients and the government
- Conducting witness interviews and depositions
- Managing e-discovery
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience involving the responsibilities listed above
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong case management skills, work ethic, and a team-oriented attitude
- Active member of the New York or Washington DC bar

Pay
New York, NY annual salary range: $260,000 to $365,000
Washington, DC annual salary range: $260,000 to $365,000
