The New York office of Ashurst Perkins Coie LLP is seeking a junior to midlevel associate with 2-5 years of experience to join its White Collar and Investigations practice.

Responsibilities

• Conducting internal investigations
• Responding to government inquiries
• Interacting with criminal and civil authorities
• Aiding in complex commercial litigation, including those involving securities, commodities, and financial transactions

Requirements

• Federal court clerkship and large law firm experience are strongly preferred
• Graduation from a top-tier law school
• Strong academic credentials
• Law review, moot court, or journal experience necessary

Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited institution
