About the Opportunity:The Investigations Coordinator role is integral to safeguarding the organization’s constituents by independently managing complex investigations into serious allegations. This position drives the investigative process from start to finish, delivering critical findings that influence leadership decisions and enhance safety protocols. 3. Responsibilities:Own complete case investigations from scoping to interviewing witnesses, victims, and alleged perpetratorsManage multiple investigations simultaneously with precision and adherence to high standardsAnalyze complex information and produce high-level compliance reportsPresent findings to agency executives and collaborate with federal, state, and law enforcement agencies 4. Requirements:Minimum 3 years administrative, organizational, or compliance experience; healthcare or I/DD setting preferredBachelor’s degree preferredAbility to obtain Conducting Serious Incident Investigations / Level I certification within 12 months of hireMaintain absolute confidentiality and demonstrate calmness under crisisDetail-oriented with strong investigative instincts 5.
