Responsibilities
- Assess complex financial transactions for compliance with GAAP and IFRS.
- Work on reporting and compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, FCPA, and Federal Securities Law.
- Research and analyze factors affecting litigation damages or valuation, including industry/market understanding.
- Develop and assess projections and forecasts.
- Create financial models, including DCF models.
- Analyze financial transactions for fraud and compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
- Review audit working papers for compliance with professional standards.
- Communicate with clients and colleagues in written and oral form, including drafting expert reports and presentations.
- Create and manage large data sets; apply statistical analysis.
- Prepare presentation materials.
- Perform quality control reviews over work product.
- Organize documents and work papers, including preparation of supporting materials for litigation and valuation reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, mathematics, or related field; Master’s degree desirable.
- Minimum of four years of work experience preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification required.
- Pursuit of additional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFE) viewed favorably.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $220,000, with potential eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
