Responsibilities
- Holistic project management: responsible for the development and analysis of processes, procurement organizations, and product groups.
- Development of custom solutions tailored to our clients’ needs, demonstrating entrepreneurial talent in project controlling and acquisition of new customers.
- Work in a fast-paced, stimulating environment fueled by an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Tackle a broad range of top and cutting-edge challenges facing Chief Procurement Officers (CPOs) today across diverse industries such as start-ups, retail, consumer goods, energy, automotive, pharmaceutical, and healthcare sectors.
- Intensive customer consulting on high-visibility topics: serve as the main contact person for clients, conduct workshops, negotiations, and presentations, and quickly gain industry-specific know-how to convince clients of proposed processes and structures.
- Leverage BCG’s overarching infrastructure and benefits.
- Cross-industry development: build knowledge across the company by participating in various compliance centers, further developing your skill set in new subject areas, or focusing on a single industry or center of excellence as a career platform.
- Drive the development of company knowledge through your professional expertise.
- Assume far-reaching responsibility for the professional and personal development of your team. As a member of the Inverto management team, help shape the development of our entire company and provide necessary momentum.
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant professional experience in procurement, supply chain management, operations, or consulting.
- BS from an accredited university (MS is preferred).
- Strong communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
- Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Results-oriented mindset.
- Experience managing others in fast-paced client service environments.
- Prior experience cultivating and building strong client relationships while setting and communicating strategic direction for projects.
- Strong grasp of (and experience implementing) the procurement toolkit within direct and/or indirect categories.
- Business-fluent written and spoken English language skills.
- Willingness to travel to work with clients and Inverto teams. The amount of travel will depend on client needs and the nature of projects.

You'll be traveling: Moderate travel is anticipated and will vary based on specific project locations.

Pay
The base compensation for this role is $210,000 in USD. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus and retirement contribution.
