Responsibilities
- Researches and resolves count variances to ensure accurate inventory records and identify potential areas of improvement in the process
- Communicates daily with clients via email to ensure all questions and concerns are addressed
- Audits and verifies all inbound receipt documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Processes inventory moves and adjustments per client request
- Works with all operational and business departments to ensure efficiency and accuracy for all daily and weekly tasks, including all KPIs
- Participates in and runs client inventory audits
- Flexibility to be on-call to support weekend operations
- Willingness to train and be certified to drive material handling equipment as required by job duty. Example equipment in the facility includes order picker (cherry picker), forklift, reach truck, turret truck, pallet jack, and walkie rider
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience
- Customer service experience, preferred
- High school degree or GED preferred
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for entire shift
