  • Document test results, mechanical condition, dimensions, and accessories for each unit.
  • Operate forklifts and cranes to organize inventory, and load/unload transformers from flatbed trucks.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work yard.
  • Communicate findings and status updates in person, by phone, and via email.

Schedule

40‑45 hours per week on a 5‑day schedule. All day‑time shift, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday‑Friday. Additional paid overtime may be available and is occasionally mandatory during peak seasons.

Requirements

  • Physical ability to work in a heavy‑equipment environment, with 90%+ of the time on feet and outdoors; occasional exposure to confined spaces.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and cranes safely.
  • Proficiency with basic hand tools and ability to follow written instructions.
  • Comfortable using computers, tablets, and web‑based documentation software.
  • Strong communication skills in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Quick learner with a problem‑solving mindset.

Qualifications

  • Experience or skills in welding, fabrication, general shop/mechanical work, or auto body prep/paint (preferred).
  • Early‑career candidates with the right attitude and ambition are welcome; training will be provided.

Pay

Annual salary range $56,000 — $73,000 USD (wages plus bonus).

Benefits

  • Comprehensive full‑time benefits package averaging $20,000+ per year (varies by age, family size, and eligibility).
  • Health & wellness benefits (insurance or cash‑in‑lieu options).
  • Paid maternity and paternity leave.
  • 401(k) with 100% match up to 8% of wages.
