Inventory Technician

Job Summary

You will efficiently and accurately manage supplies and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels. Every day you will receive, stock, issue, and track inventory, performing counts, reconciling discrepancies, processing orders, and utilizing management systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, issue, and track inventory, performing counts, reconciling discrepancies, processing orders, and utilizing management systems.
• Distribute medical supplies and equipment to patient care areas, while monitoring par levels for specific products to assure that appropriate levels are established in order not to affect patient care.
• Identify excess inventory, return stock and process credits.
• Notify supervisor of outdates or slow-moving inventory.
• Participate in the put away and validation process of perpetual inventory items; issue and credit materials from the inventory management system.
• Maintain clean and orderly stock locations, and label bins and handle requests to change par levels.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED upon hire.
• No prior experience required upon hire.

$15.00 - $21.47 /hour
