About the role
The Corporate Retail Assistant will work directly with the Inventory Control Manager on various tasks! This could also include assisting various Retail Managers and staff within the Plano Corporate office depending on the needs of the business.
Responsibilities
- Maintains & Audits electronic filing systems for customer files and recorded closes
- Updates customer records by entering dates of possession
- Maintains, files, & mails records of home collateral (MCO’s) as flooring is paid
- Maintains vendor Transporters/Installer/Setup spreadsheet PO’s – Purchase Orders
- Back-Up Scan and process documents as needed for record retention
- Supports other ad hoc projects, duties and tasks to support the Retail organization as assigned including general data entry and office duties.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Microsoft Office suite
- Customer Service Experience
