Inventory Support Specialist

Maintain clean, organized, audit-ready inventory environments

• Maintain clean, organized, clearly labeled shelves across all departments.
• Stock incoming product accurately and same-day unless directed otherwise.
• Prepare each department the day before its cycle count (daily rotating schedule).
• Support relabeling initiatives during part-description audits.
• Assist with checking in large orders, pallet breakdown, and staging.
• Pull parts from cages and maintain cage organization and security.
• Support full inventory reorganization including layout redesign, bin consolidation, and SKU relocation.
• Identify discrepancies, mixed SKUs, or labeling issues and escalate immediately.
• Maintain safe, clean, efficient inventory workspaces.

Other Duties As Required

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow structured workflows.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and accuracy standards.
• Basic computer literacy (inventory system navigation).
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
