About the Role

The Travel Team Inventory Supervisor works with a select big-box retailer, providing focused inventory solutions. You will lead and train Inventory Associates, supervise inventory events, and resolve event concerns under the direction of the Area or District Manager. This role drives operational excellence by maximizing employee productivity and fostering team growth through engagement. The Inventory Supervisor travels weekly with the team to customer locations across their region and interacts with customers to ensure exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and provide ongoing training for Inventory Associates.
  • Supervise inventory events and ensure operational excellence.
  • Act as the first point of contact to resolve event concerns.
  • Maximize employee productivity and grow the team through engagement.
  • Assist and direct employees with daily tasks.
  • Interact with customers to ensure exceptional service.
  • Travel weekly with the team to customer locations within the region.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
  • Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.
  • Valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of proven driving experience.
  • Willingness to submit to pre-employment investigative consumer report, screening, and MVR check.
  • Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation to assigned locations.
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings and/or late nights.
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform repetitive motions with hands and wrists.
  • Ability to frequently squat, kneel, crouch, and use a ladder.
  • Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to travel frequently via car and airplane, including regular overnight stays.

Pay

Starting wage from $21.00–$26.00 per hour.

Schedule

Part-time with a consistent schedule. Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and late nights, in support of District Manager and customer commitments.
