Inventory Supervisor I- Travel Team
Starting wage from $21.00–$26.00 per hour. Part-time position with consistent schedule and weekly pay.
About the Role
The Travel Team Inventory Supervisor works with a select big-box retailer, providing focused inventory solutions tailored to their business needs. As the first point of contact for resolving event concerns, you will lead and train Inventory Associates, supervise inventory events, and drive operational excellence by maximizing team productivity and engagement. You will travel weekly with the team to customer locations across your region, ensuring exceptional service and upholding the company’s Core Values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork in a positive, safe, and inclusive environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and provide ongoing training for Inventory Associates.
- Supervise inventory events and ensure operational excellence.
- Resolve event concerns under the direction of the Area Manager or District Manager.
- Direct employees with daily tasks and interact with customers to ensure exceptional service.
- Travel weekly with the team to customer locations within the region.

Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.
- Valid driver’s license for a minimum of 36 consecutive months in the state of residence.
- Minimum of three (3) years of proven driving experience.
- Willingness to submit to pre-employment investigative consumer report, screening, and MVR check.
- Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation to assigned locations.
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings and late nights, to meet customer commitments.
Physical Demands
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
- Ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions.
- Frequent low-level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching.
- Frequent use of a ladder.
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
- Frequent travel via car and airplane, including regular overnight stays.
