Core Responsibilities
- Supports the mission, values, and vision of the company.

- Collaborate with employees of Lyons Magnus in a positive and constructive manner to maintain a professional relationship.

- Works within a team environment to share information and help others as needed.
- Understand the inbound and outbound flow of materials.
- Physically count materials and balance out actuals and perpetuals.
- Investigate and correct inventory introduction, shipping and receiving errors.
- Identify issues as well as opportunities for improvement related to inventory or processes.
- Work to resolve inventory discrepancies by escalating communication to inventory control supervision for review.
- Review weekly HRR with inventory supervision to assure items are moved from live inventory and placed in designated locations.
- Learn RAF and restock processes.
- Register inbound cargo and monitor inbound/outbound trailer and seal inspection procedures.
- Learn to operate forklift equipment to help with efficiency.
- Retrieve and provide samples when requested.
- Learn and understand conversion rates and date codes.
- Demonstrate professionalism, particularly when collaborating with customers and other departments within the company.
- Partner with the company’s procurement, receiving and production departments to ensure that all items for work orders are accounted for and available.
- Plan and complete assigned tasks within the deadlines.
Requirements
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Radio Frequency (RF) experience.
- Strong mathematical ability.
- Professional communication skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to work well with computers, notebooks and maintain databases effectively.
- Multi-tasking and strong attention to detail.
- Required Qualifications:
- A High School Diploma or equivalency.
- 0-2 years relative work experience.
