About the role
To maintain and record the integrity of inventory by performing random and scheduled inventory audits for financial and operational purposes. Perform basic root cause analysis, make a recommendation, tracks results for effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Perform cycle counts of planned and random part numbers to check for accuracy.
- Analyze count results for reasonableness.
- Determine/implement adjustments to inventory/location database masters and complete Cycle Count Explanation forms as required.
- Work with DC Managers or Supervisors, Planners, Cell Managers, Plant Controllers, and others to identify and implement corrective actions.
- Perform procedural audits on WIP, LOG Sign-ins, Bond Areas, Locations, Purchase Sign-ins, Outside Service Sign-ins, MTOs, PTOs, and "Hold" areas.
- Provide monthly reporting and analysis to those affected on location accuracy and inventory count performance.
- Coordinate physical inventories as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Up to 2 years relevant experience.
- PC skills and ability with basic knowledge of Microsoft products.
- Willingness to be trained and certified in the use of forklift and other material handling equipment.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal written and oral communication skills.
- Regularly lift and move materials up to 45 pounds.
Qualifications
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Skills
- Ability to perform cycle counts and procedural audits.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

Pay
The base pay range for this position is $21.92 - $38.41 per hour, exclusive of fringe benefits or other compensation.
