About the role
We are seeking an Inventory Specialist to join our team. The role involves managing inventory levels, ensuring accuracy in stock records, and collaborating with other departments to optimize supply chain processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage and update inventory records in real-time
- Perform stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of items
- Work with purchasing teams to maintain optimal stock levels
- Prepare reports on inventory status and trends
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in inventory management or related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Access
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Experience with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle Inventory)
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics
- Understanding of inventory control techniques and principles

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 per year
