Inventory Specialist

Key Role Accountabilities
- Receive customer product requirements from Design Consultants, Project Specialists, and Bath Review Specialists and review for accuracy and completeness.
- Submit order information to various vendors to ensure correct products are procured.
- Knowledge of all shower and bath products and processes.
- Process shower and bath jobs, services, change orders, and all shower and bath ancillary actions efficiently to maintain a minimum accuracy percentage and revenue target as set by Regional Purchasing Manager within three weeks of hire date.
- Receive order acknowledgements provided by various shower and bath vendors and review for correctness.
Minimum Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. The company does not and will not sponsor employment visas
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Highly detail-oriented person with superior organization skills.
- Self-starter who is comfortable working independently on assigned daily tasks.
- Ability to work at a steady pace while performing repetitive work.
- Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log in to Company required systems using two-factor authentication.
