Inventory Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory cycle counts
• Receive inventory and enter data into NetSuite ERP
• Maintain and organize inventory documentation
• Communicate inventory needs and updates with internal departments
• Fulfill, package, and ship inventory orders
• Complete weekly restock orders
• Manage, ship, and reconcile loaner inventory
• Clean or disinfect returned field inventory as needed
• Support continuous improvement and inventory accuracy

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous inventory fulfillment experience preferred
• Inventory management or ERP experience preferred
• NetSuite experience is a plus
• Able to lift, pull, or move up to 50 lbs
• Able to sit at a computer for extended periods
