About The Role

Join a hands-on role that keeps a major biotech facility running smoothly. As an Inventory Specialist, you’ll manage critical spare-parts inventory, support daily facility operations, and ensure materials move accurately and efficiently through the site. You’ll play a key part in maintaining equipment readiness, resolving delivery issues, and partnering with multiple departments to keep essential workflows on track.

Verbalize Your Day To Day

  • Verify the accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming deliveries
  • Label every product and place them accordingly
  • Identify and locate the right products during the delivery process
  • Keep a well-maintained and updated account of stock and inventory
  • Handle returns by completing technical documentation and other required communication
  • Keep all material handling equipment in the best condition by conducting regular maintenance
  • Convey purchasing requirements and keep data on the availability of products in short supply
  • Collaborate with internal departments to locate missing packages, fix incorrect deliveries, and replace damaged products
  • Operate a standup forklift

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position as necessary to complete assigned tasks
  • Frequently move about client’s facilities and offices to access equipment and complete tasks
  • Frequently move tools and equipment weighing up to 50lbs across client facilities as needed to complete tasks

What You Bring

  • HS diploma, technical school, or military training and experience in relevant field (0 to 3 Years’ Experience working as a material handler or technician, preferably with GMP equipment)
  • Good mechanical aptitude and administrative skills required

Compensation And Benefits

  • Pay: $22-32 Hourly (depending on experience)
  • Eligible for overtime pay
  • Annual Profit Sharing Bonus (variable)
