Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and verify incoming merchandise against purchase orders
• Stock shelves and organize the stockroom for efficient retrieval
• Process returns, exchanges, and damaged goods
• Support seasonal resets and promotional setups
• Assist with cycle counts and loss-prevention procedures
• Coordinate restocking with sales floor staff

Requirements

• Prior retail or stockroom experience preferred
• Comfortable with an active role involving regular movement and handling of merchandise during shifts
• Familiarity with POS/inventory systems a plus
• Strong attention to detail
