Inventory Specialist

About the role

Inventory Specialists are responsible for the overall accuracy of the inventory and additional customer service support. On a daily basis, they perform tasks such as stock incoming product accurately and timely, complete related paperwork and reporting, perform shipping and receiving functions, conduct daily and weekly cycle counts, assist in maintaining the appearance of the sales center and warehouse, and manage month-end reports.

Responsibilities

• Stock incoming product accurately and timely
• Complete all related paperwork and reporting
• Perform shipping and receiving functions (UPS and/or other commercial carriers as well as internal company transfers)
• Conduct daily and weekly cycle counts
• Aid in maintaining the appearance of the sales center and warehouse
• Manage month-end reports including unavailable, non-stock, and warehouse transfer reports
• Other job duties as assigned

Requirements

• Good organization and time management skills
• Basic computer skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
• Must possess or obtain forklift certification
• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply

Qualifications

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

• Forklift certification (if applicable)

Pay

$18 / hour and up to $2,500 through our performance bonuses in the summer

Schedule

Monday - Friday 7AM - 4PM Rotating Saturdays 8AM - 12PM during summer season
