Inventory Specialist

About the role

Protect the accuracy, integrity, and salability of our client’s inventory and adhere to standard operating procedures to meet physical inventory and/or cycle count accuracy expectations.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily Cycle Counts and Count Requests, and manage RMA, Inbound, and Hold Areas
• Safely and efficiently use appropriate power equipment (forklift, standup, walkie-rider) in prescribed work methods and utilize radio frequency equipment as required
• Inspect equipment and report issues to maintenance
• Comply with OSHA and company safety policies and procedures
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check
• Previous Standup-Forklift or Reach Truck certification (Required)
• Warehouse management system experience, including RF scanners and/or Voice (Preferred)
• Must possess a high energy level and be willing and eager to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Must be detail-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
• Ability to excel in a team-oriented environment dedicated to safety, customer satisfaction, and achievement of quality and productivity goals
