About the role
The Inventory Specialist is responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring accuracy in stock records, and assisting with order processing.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy in stock records
- Avoid stockouts and overstock situations
- Assist with order processing and customer inquiries
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize supply chain efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in inventory management or similar role
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Experience with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics
