About the role
This role supports accurate receiving, storage, inspection, and distribution of food products in our Grove City warehouse. It aims to protect product integrity, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure outbound orders move safely and on time.
Responsibilities
- Loading/unloading and storing product
- Verifying quality
- Preparing outbound loads (including bills of lading, seal numbers, tagging, shrink-wrapping)
- Maintaining WMS locations and product data
- Using first-in-first-expired practices
- Replenishing pick locations
- Assisting with cycle counts
- Following food safety and warehouse safety procedures
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Food Safety Certification
- 1+ year fast-paced warehouse experience
- Forklift operation (propane & electric); electric hand jack (4ft & 8ft)
- Working knowledge of warehouse machinery/operations; WMS proficiency
- Quality control knowledge
- Strong math skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
